Hi, I'm Nicole Corbin. Throughout my career journey, I observed something that stayed with me. I watched people; especially men; navigate overwhelming stress, carry impossible pressure, and show up for everyone around them while silently running on empty. They weren't weak. No one was building that space for them. So I did.
